Virus that hangs nero and my System?

Hey my system hangs when i open nero software...
For about 5 minute......
This happens every time when i install operating system....
when i delete system volume information in every drive the problem gets solved.....
problem occurs again when i install Operating system......
So wat type of virus doing this.....
None of the anti-virus software does not detect this virus....
Does any 1 know how 2 solve the problem.......
