Explorer has stopped working

work in vista or windows 7 there is a big issue in vista or windows 7 " Expolrer has stopped working" Display & all the application close ( there is nothing issue in software , Antivirus or hardware ) all the machine behave like this

Method 1:
To temporarily disable all add-ons
• Click the Start button , click All Programs, click Accessories, click System Tools, and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).
Now check if problem is solved or not.
Method 2:
Disable all add-ons :
1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Internet Explorer.
2. Click the Tools button, click Manage Add-ons, and then click Enable or Disable Add-ons.
3. In the Show list, click Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer to display all add-ons.
4. Click the add-on you want to disable, and then click Disable.
5. Repeat step 4 for every add-on. When you are finished, click OK.
6. Close IE.
7. Now open IE and check.
